Common Challenges & Solutions

1. Low Marks in Class 7
Many students fall short of the 55% cutoff (General/OBC) or 50% (SC/ST/PH).
Focus on weak subjects early and seek teacher support.

2. Income Certificate Delay
Getting the certificate from SDM/Tehsildar can take time.
Apply for the income certificate well in advance before the deadline.

3. Aadhaar Detail Mismatch
Wrong name or date of birth can reject the application.
Cross-check Aadhaar details carefully before submitting to the HoS.

4. Lack of Exam Preparation
MAT and SAT papers require strong logical and academic skills.
Practice previous year papers and focus on mental ability questions daily.

5. School Not Registering on Time
Since registration is done by the HoS, delays at school level are common.
Remind your HoS early and follow up regularly before October 5.
